PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Section 605 of the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law, an annual meeting (the “Meeting”) of the members of Young Shipping Professionals – New York, Inc. will be held at Mustang Harry's, 352 7th Ave, New York, New York 10001, on Tuesday, April 30th 2019 at 6:00 p.m., for the purposes of electing directors, and the transaction of such other business as may come before the Meeting. Members as of 5:00 PM on April 21 2016, are entitled to vote at the Meeting and any adjournment or postponement of the Meeting.
